Terrible Customer Service

I have never recieved worst service than the service we have recieved from Coricraft George.

We went to coricraft to order a couch. We were helped by a very useless sales person who talked way to much and took to much of our time. But we ordered the couch anyway. This was on a Tuesday after which our order was only put trough on the Sunday. Three weeks after we ordered the couch we are told that the material is out of stock and discontinued. Then we are told the couch will take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. We we're constantly contacting the sales person who helped us constantly tells us he will get back to us and never does. We would send emails, call but we never hear anything back.

When our couch finally arrived (3 weeks late) we had to call 5 times to make shure what time it would arrive, the sales person never even got back to us and we had to contact the delivery service ourselves. When the couch arrived we recieved the wrong one. I was so upset I immediately phoned the manager and complained. She told me she would get back to me on Monday and till today a week later I have not heard anything from her. The useless sales agent has contacted is but is still not helping att all.

I am so upset with Coricraft and I can not believe that a professional company would treat clients so badly.

I will never buy anything from Coricraft George again. I am really discusted in the terrible service we have and are still recieving from the George Branch.
