Terrible customer service

I've sent several emails to complain about a new coffee table that I got with scratches. The response is to wait to be contacted to resolve the matter. I wish only to get a table that looks brand new since I paid for a brand new table. 1st email I sent on June 11th. For the amount of money I spent in this shop, the service is shocking
