Terrible after sale service from coricraft

To everyone who is considering buying a furniture, avoid coricraft at all cost!! Their furniture quality is poor and aftersale service is shocking terrible! I bought a set of wooden dining table from them and less than a year, it has started having cracks. When I went to their branch in Dec last year at Design quarter to complain, I was told to wait until your factory opened in January. I waited until end of January and no one ever called. After I made numerous attempts to contact coricraft via calls and sent over the following four months, they finally agreed to pick up the table and fix it. I was told that it will take about 1-2 weeks to fix. During the period, there is no loan furniture to be arranged and no communication on repair progress. Now it is end of May and I still have no dining table! To everyone who is planning to buy furniture, avoid coricraft!!
