TCF (TREAT YOUR CLIENT FAIRLY)

Good day, we bought a lampshade at your branch in Brooklyn end March beginning April, unfortunately this time we did not keep the slip, however it was bough on my RCS card that was provided to me by Coricraft. I am a loyal customer to Coricraft as I am very picky where I buy my furniture and accessories from. I am also in the process of refurnishing my house and has bought a couple of items from your store. Just last week Wednesday I bought another headboard and a pedestal. Last Saturday I assembled the headboard in my guest room, placed the newly bought pedestal in its correct place, removed the bubble wrap from the lampshade only to find the lampshade was dented and there is small pieces of glass in the lampshade. This item cost me R1449.00. On Sunday I went to your branch in Greenstone to have the item replaced as I cant put it on display, the dent is very much noticeable, only to be told they cant assist me as I don't have a slip/invoice and they don't deal with RCS???? However I did receive my statement from RCS clearly stating when the item was purchased. As a loyal customer to your store, I find this totally unacceptable, and I want to refer you the the TCF (TREAT YOUR CLIENT FAIRLY) act. I am most definitely not being treated fairly, and I expect and demand this item to be replaced. If I do not receive positive feedback on this matter, I will most definitely take it further, I will take this matter to all social media platforms as I am most definitely not being treated fairly.
