Substandard Quality and no care for customer service!!!

I purchased a couch and 2 tub chairs from the Greenstone branch in November 2021 and took delivery around February 2022 (as it is made to order).

In essence, the material that I chose for the couch is of sub-standard quality and developed lint ***** around 2 months after delivery. I made contact with the store on numerous occasions and unfortunately never kept details of calls and people spoken with as the perception is that this is a premium brand and my concern would be resolved. The representative asked me to purchase a lint shaver and shave the ***** off. Fast forward to current day and I have asked for the couch to be picked up and re-upholstered of which I was happy to pay for any price difference in materials but I was told that this is IMPOSSIBLE. The consultant also mentioned that I should purchase a vacuum cleaner and steamer to use on the couch as this will help as this is a common occurrence with most of their products- I did not purchase a premium product to be investing in additional appliances due to substandard material used and would of been more than happy to purchase leather or other options had I been informed of the poor quality of materials used.

In short - I will NEVER purchase any Coricraft items again due to principle and lack of customer service as I have asked for my complaint to be escalated and I still await the company to make contact 2 months later.
