Substandard furniture, Non-existing customer service and aftersale service!

On 3rd Oct 2022 I visited Coricraft Tygervalley to ask for repairs of my couch I bought from them. They ask me to take photos of my couch and the problem areas. The seats were sinking. They suggest it might be a spring that came loose from its hook and they will send someone to my house to assess and possibly fix or suggest next steps. I was standing right next to the salesman when he phoned customer service and logged the call. After that visit I have been back to the shop, whatsup how many times to find out when is someone going to call me. Its is almost 2 months with no contact from them. Instead I have a couch in my lounge which I cannot use as it causes severe back pain. I am so dissappointed with Coricraft and looking at their reviews on this site, it is clear they sell substandard furniture. I will never buy from them again and will discourage anybody to buy from them in future. It really is disgusting!!
