STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

My mom bought a table at Coricraft but turns out it was too big for our living room, the table has since been returned in the beginning of 2015, i have requested a refund on the 7th and 12th of January 2016 and almost 4 weeks later I have no feedback from anyone.<br> <br> All follow up was done by me. The refund request was only sent last week, when you phone the shop they promise to call back but never do. Yesterday i called the warehouse and once again they promised to call back and never did. <br> <br> The service has been appalling. They have their table but also have our money. I am sick and tired of getting no response from anywhere. I guess nobody cares about customer service. I will never recommend this shop to anyone in future and we will never buy from Coricraft. I wish i had read all these other reviews. I want the money back!!
