Still waiting for my Coouches!

I have ordered couches from you at the begin Feb...I am still waiting and the cradlestone branch said they cannot confirm delivery...the date on your system shows 23 March 2021, and they cannot confirm if the order was shipped from CPT to JHB. Can you please deliver my order...this is not exceptable!
