Still waiting for Coricraft

After my last report, I was in touch with Darren from the Sandton City Branch. He confirmed that cleaning and re cori-guarding of my couch had been approved and that Cabana would be in touch with me. I contacted them this week and, according to them, they have no knowledge of this. They say they need a cleaning order from Coricraft, but that it has not been received. How long can it possibly take to do this? It will be three weeks on Friday that I am waiting. Am getting more and more disappointed withe Coricraft.
