Still Owing

I unknowingly deposited R1565.00 into Coricraft's account on the 11th Sept 2017 trying to pay RCS for their incompetence. Went into Coricraft and filled in the necessary refund form to which Bianca at the main branch in Marlboro told me they would contact me and make the refund in 5-6 Working days. still waiting for the call. Bianca gave excellent service but disappointed that Coricraft has not yet made contact.
