still nothing

I bought a three seater couch for R16000 sometime in April 2017. couch was delivered, good feel and design. after some months the couch started making a loud sound when I seated. I called Coricraft head office last month and i explained that i have a problem with the product, a technician was sent to my house only to have him say the reason for the noise was the fact that the couch is placed on tiles and not on top of a carpet. the couch was placed on a carpet but still made the noise.

so I called back since they were not calling me to notify me of their technicians report. started noticing that the leather is peeling off- the lady blamed my cleaning products, to which i told her the only thing i used to clean the couch was a duster since i paid coricraft to put couch protector chemical on my couch on the day of purchase to protect against water and staining.

to cut it short i am not happy with the couch i bought last year. just in addition, i dont have kids in the house to blame for this.
