Still no delivery or feedback

Its been almost 8 weeks since we've placed our order and we've had no delivery as yet. We've only had 1 call from Coricraft telling us it isnt finished yet - which was around week 5. The reason for the order being late, we found out, is because only the one item on our order was logged and not the other one. We've been to the store on 2 occasions last week to find out what is going on and the staff promised to phone me back on the Monday. By Wednesday 10/6 @ 12:31 I phoned them because I had received no call from them. They again told me they would phone me back with a response. On 11/06/15 I still hadn't received a call and again I phoned them @ 13:31 talking to the guy at the store. He promised to phone me back the same day still. Up until now I haven't had a response from anyone at Coricraft. This type of service is absolutely sickening. I don't know why you have to make a scene before things get sorted.
