Still no Certificate

Good day<br> <br> i have been phoning coricraft tygervalley about 4 time now trying to get my certificate from them for scott gauch for my couch i bought from them.<br> <br> on the day i collected my couch the sales man could not find the certificate as the responsible person was not in at work. he then took my email address saying he will email it to me. i have been phoning the shop only to hear the person responsible is not in and theyll call back. its almost 3 weeks and havent recieved any certificates which should have been sent long ago. <br> <br> when phoning the branch the lady asks you to hold but you wait so long eventually you give up.<br> <br> this isnt the type of service i would expect from such a reputable company. great product but bad after service.<br> <br> makes me wonder if i paid the money for scott gauch and job was not done. <br> <br> why take so long to supply a certificate ????<br> <br>
