STAY AWAY! NON EXSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We had an awful experience with the manager at the park meadows branch! We called coricraft and spoke to a consultant and they said our email would be responded to in 48 hours! We have not heard a word from Coricraft regarding the incident since 16th Jan - it has been over 10 days!!!! I am APPALLED by the after service and how you treat customers!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR BRAND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
