Stay away from Coricraft wooden furniture

Be careful of buying any wooden furniture from any Coricraft.

We bought a beautiful table from the Parkview Pretoria branch which started tearing / splitting within one year. After contacting them for exchange, the Customer Care department advised that the warranty is only for "poor workmanship and/or material defects".

Coricraft Customer Care stated telephonically that the wood used for the table was imported and isn't used to South African weather therefore they could only assist in repairing the table.

After numerous attempts to contact them (over 3 months) in regard to the repair of the table, they still haven't attended to it and in the meantime, further tears / splits have become visible.
