STAY AWAY FROM CORICRAFT!!!!!!!

Not Even A Star For Coricraft!! REALLY POOR SHOW AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Poor product, potential ********** activity too and not delivering to their promises.

In June 2020 we purchased a couch from Coricraft the glen. We were advised to pay for scotch guard for the couch and we did. The couch only arrived in the beginning of September with scratches, tears and different coloured panels. To top it all off - NO scotch guard was app**** no one told us either- THIS IS *****!!!! The only way we found out that they didn't put the scotch guard was when we went to Coricraft Mall Of the South where a lovely sales rep then told us that with the material we chose they do not put scotch guard. To this day no one has refunded our money for the scotch guard or even apologized. To add more to the mix, coricraft promised us a new couch on the 24th of November between 2-3pm. They couldn't make the delivery as prior customers are more valuable it seems and it was rescheduled to 10am-12pm on the 27th of November. No one has contacted us. Instead we have to fight to hear what is happening and still do not know.

We paid over 20k for this couch and it seems like they do not care, ***** more money for scotch guard not done and I just cannot handle it.

To everyone out there my advice is REFRAIN from getting yourself in this mess with coricraft. I have spoken to a lot of friends that had also bought from coricraft and they have had the exact same experience.
