Sorry, not our problem...

I bought a Cresthill bedroom set from Coricraft. The cup handles of the dresser is of such bad quality that ALL 8 of them are broken. I am unable to open the drawers and it also looks terrible. I tried to get something similar at the hardware store, but the holes does not align and the colors does not match either. To my surprise, I walked into a Coricraft store to find that even the handles of their display units are broken in the same manner. The store assistant told me that I am not the first customer to complain about the exact same thing. I lodged a request at the Parkview store and was told that these sets are imported and that they cannot assist me with new handles. Not able to believe that this is the best possible answer they could come up with, I also submitted an online complaint to which I received no response. I have always supported Coricraft, but will no longer be one of their loyal customers going forward.
