Slouch Corner Unit

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my Coricraft lounge suite and the level of after-sales service I have received.

After spending R36, 339.00 on what I believed was a premium leather couch set, the leather started cracking far sooner than anyone would reasonably expect. A purchase of this value should last for years without such obvious deterioration.

What has been even more frustrating is Coricraft’s unwillingness to assist, other than referring me to a Company that can replace the leather at my own cost.

I invested in Coricraft because of its reputation for quality and durability, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Paying over R35,000 for furniture that cracks prematurely, only to be left without support, is completely unacceptable.

I would NOT RECOMMEND Coricraft to anyone looking for quality furniture. Think carefully before making such a significant investment - you may be left disappointed like I am at this point
