Sitting on the floor on Christmas day
Spending Christmas with my family sitting on the floor because Coricraft has been lying and lying about delivering our couch.
The product was purchased in November and we were promised it will be delivered by 15 December when that didn't happen we were the ones following up with the store (Midlands) simple because they dont care about keeping you informed. Ever since they have been lying about the product leaving the store for delivery.
The disappointment on my grandmother's face no words can ever explain. The nerve for the consultant to call her and tell her the product is on the way only to find it's a lie. Coricraft you have really disappointed me as much as you have quality products I dont see my self ever buying from you again. We are paying for a product that we dont even have.
