After an endless struggle to get hold of Coricraft regarding my recliner unit that had a broken handle i finally got the store in Mall of The north to help me, This after many attempts on the website and calls to JHB Office. Customer care is not a priority for these people, there is also no option to log a complaint on the website. I managed to arrange to drop the recliner at the PLK Wharehouse early Feb. The only feedback i get is when i ask for it and the response is its still in for repairs. I regret buying your product and even more sending it back as i do not know what kind of condition it will return in after lying in a Wharehouse unattended.
