Shocking service, poorly made goods. Waste of money

Still waiting for them to replace my couch. Bought a couch from Coricraft, when it arrived the cover was so unprofessionally sewed, I could have done it myself and done a better job. Reported the problems straight away and sent photos. They agreed that it was poorly constructed and that they would contact me so that they could take it back and fix it. Still waiting despite repeated phone calls I still have a poorly upholstered couch. There service is shocking
