SHOCKING SERVICE

I am deeply concerned at the lack of integrity of Coricraft. I purchased two bucket chairs in leather from them which had to be manufactured on 5 March. The chairs arrived on 23 April and were very badly covered, the chairs were expensive and I sent photos to prove a point. The Manager at Fourways sent me an email confirming that she felt it was shoddy workmanship and sent the photos and my request on to head office who will be in contact within 24 hours. This NEVER happened, I eventually returned both chairs on 5 May to get a refund. Since then, I have been promised endlessly that payment has been made. Its 24 May and nothing. THIS IS A WARNING-DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CORICRAFT, they appear to be dishonest. Any body have any suggestions, I am thinking of legal representation.
