Shocking product quality and customer service

Purchased a bed from Coricraft on or about 28 May 2015 amongst other items. <br> <br> The first bed that was originally delivered was immediately marked to be returned by the delivery team as they picked up a manufacturer fault whilst assembling the bed. A replacement bed was delivered. The replacement bed (2nd bed) broke during one night whilst we were asleep- the 3 pathetic looking pine legs supporting the bed underneath the middle of the bed broke for no reason. <br> <br> Kgomotso [Email Removed] first phone me to tell me the bed has been discontinued I must choose another, then phone me to tell me 3 arrived and one is booked for me. Coricraft arranged delivery date and time and send sms. Delivery Company granted access at the estate gate, but never arrives at our house! <br> <br> Raised this with Kgomotso and escalated to the mysterious \Eugene"on Coricraft's website- not even the courtesy of a response. <br> <br> To date"
