Shocking Inferior materials

I bought a couch from Coricraft 4 years ago. In Jan 2020 I paid for replacement seat cushions. I am now on my 3rd delivery of replacement foam aa they are using inferior products to save manufacturing costs. Tge foam is not high density as per the original seats and every time they deliver btw we are on our 3rd attempt the foam is so thin that you sink into the frame. Its disgraceful that the are not using quality materials but charging astronomical prices. Nobody ag customer services is helpful. I gave emailed the CEO but with no reply. I will never buy another Coricraft product again
