Shocking customer service

Very disappointing customer service. I’ve been waiting since Monday for confirmation of my delivery, despite two consultants promising to call me back and numerous emails. The item should have been delivered with my original order two weeks ago, and I’ve had to repeatedly follow up for an update. There seems to be a real disconnect between customer service and the department handling deliveries and couriering. Very frustrating experience and poor communication.
