Shocking communication from Coricraft

It has been over a year since I began corresponding with Coricraft re: the collapse of my couch cushions and more recently the collapse of occasional chair cushions and backing. After my previous Hello Peter post I received a phone call from a senior manager who assured me that I would be contacted by email with follow up plans for the repair of my furniture. I duly received an email from one of the same people I had dealt with previously form customer care confirming what the manager had said. One of the items repair is for my own cost. To date I have received 3 different quotes (incorrect quotes as they are for 3 different items and not one item) and from 2 different people. The quotes are not sent on a quotation document but simply itemised in an email and when I have responded with questions there has been no follow up. My last email was sent on 17 September clarifying that I require a proper quote for the repair of the 3 seater couch - to date no follow up response received. I have simply been informed that it takes 6-8 weeks to order the foam for the repair of the seats. They will contact me once it is there. However, since I have not agreed to a quote yet, I am wondering - am I then expected to simply pay whatever bill they present me with to effect the repair.
