Scratch on Breen Couch

I order a three and a two seater Breen couch while was delivered timeously.<br> <br> However upon delivery, the right back pillow of the two seater has a scratch in it. I reported it on the delivery note. I then phoned and reported telephonically and told to send an email to [Email Removed] with photos. I have also sent an email to [Email Removed] but to no avail.<br> <br> I still have heard nothing about this and no one has had the decency to contact me or reply to my email.
