Extremely poor services - and more of a ****. I ordered something on 2 April. In May all my queries go unanswered. So far, nobody in the Johannesburg office is answering calls for more than a week. Eventually in Cape Town somebody informed me that I have to choose something else as the item is out of stock. "Did nobody contact you, m'am? This should have been resolved by asking you to go to the nearest store to choose something else."

So two months you have my money - without the intention of delivering a product? Without contacting me the moment you realised that you can not fulfill my fully paid order? SHAME ON YOU!
