Running a sale, Zero response.

Coricraft is running a 20% sale. I purchased a new couch May 25 online. Having paid R11999 i got a confirmation of purchase e-mail. It's been 5 days, I've tried calling and Facebook messenger to get some sort of confirmation of delivery or atleast something more then just proof of payment. If you running a special surely you need to be active when it comes to following up. I got some sort of response on Instagram but after my them asking for my details stating someone will be in touch with me they just blatantly stopped replying to my messages.

I made sure to pick a couch with a finnish that would not need 10-12weeks to be manufactured. All i need is some sort of estimate as to when i can expect to receive my couch.
