Rude employee at Freidlander branch

I went to pick up a TV stand at the main office on Freidlander street on 31 December 2019. There was some complications with my ID and a member of staff by the name of Angie Timothy was extremely unhelpful. She was very belittleling, condescending and judgemental towards me. This was in full view of other members of staff and other members of the public. It left me highly vexed and I feel my dignity was violated. I laid a complaint with her senior who later sent me apology but I do not feel it's enough. I would like an apology from the person that offended me and also the store credit that was promised to me.
