Revolting service!!!

Shocking service from Cresta Coricraft! My elderly mother got a quote for two leather recliners, full payment was made via EFT and proof of payment sent. However, despite various phone calls, e-mails and messages no one will assist us. We have been assured that the manager himself will phone me to sort it out. Nothing has happened. We have been assured that our e-mails will be answered. After weeks this has not happened either. We still do not even have an invoice. These chairs were ordered to arrive in time for my father's 81st birthday, after weeks of trying to deal with the *********** staff we still so not even have a delivery date. Absolutely shocking service, I will never support this store again.
