Returns policy shocking

Their returns policy is ridiculously, they do not refund back onto you card like any other business. You have to wait for the accounts department to transfer money back into your account. I have been calling daily to find out about the progress of my refund but the answer is always 'it should be in your account later today'... I have yet to receive payment.
