Return old cushions

I am being ignored by this Company when i lodged a complain against them . I had my couches fixed and on return i noticed that they replaced the backrest pillows with clearly older used ones than my more newer ones which they took for repairs. I send them photos as requested , called them numerous times and emailed them a couple of times without so mush as a reply. I requested intervention from Mngr, still waiting for response. These ARE NOT CHEAP couches, therefore i need resolution. I am not going to accept this poor client service *******.....
