Repulsed customer..

i purchased a bed not even a year ago, at one of your branches in galleria, i think it was round about May. the value of the bed was R16999, and now a couple of months later, the mattress is torn. i called in 2 months ago and spoke to the lady that we purchased the bed from, Nosipho. She then later on emailed me to say that the mattress has no warranty and asked me to read my terms and conditions. i did not bother, but in any case 2 days after she had told me that i had no warranty, the manager, Sholeen, also responded to the mail asking if RMA was logged. i then again contacted Nosipho to find about this RMA because i ddnt know what it was so she told me that it was a complaint. All of a sudden, i had a warranty and an RMA was logged. i then called 3 weeks after the complaint was logged and spoke the manager again and i was informed to expect a call to arrange delivery. i waited 3 more weeks again and did not receive a call, so i called again. i was then promised that i will defnitely receive a call within that week again to arrange delivery and again no i was not called. i then decided to visit them on the 25th of March because i was getting really frustarated and i saw Tamara, who i think is one of the managers. she took my name down on her diary and apologetically said she would call me the next day because the matress was delivered to the warehouse , they just need to arrange delivery. i gave her a chance to call me till the 28th of March, and she still never call me. i called her on the afternoon of the 28th and again she apologetically said she will call me again on the 29th of March , which is today, to definitely arrange delivery, and yet she still hasnt called. im repulsed by the service of your staff and utterly dissappointed at the product that i have spent so much money on. they are unprofessional and i have lost my patience with them. if the mattress has been delivered, then why am i still sleeping on a torn mattress. please intervene
