Refund not paid In 3 weeks

4 weeks ago I cancelled my order. I got told that I had complete a refund form which I completed at the coricraft store in design quarter who told me 5-7 working days my payment would be processed. 2 weeks later I phoned call centre in Cape Town and Olivia called me back (taken from website) on Monday to tell me payment was processed however it's Wednesday and I still don't have the money. This is theft. I don't have the goods and now don't have the money!!!! Almost R5000.00 I haven't been paid back. Worst service ever. Why can't the store process refund to credit card
