Refund due
<p>I signed a refund form in the Mall of Africa branch on 16 September 2016. A refund form had to be completed as my refund was greater than the allowable instore limit of R1 500.00 for refunds. I was informed that the refund could take up to 7 days before it will be processed. I am still waiting for my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned head office JHB on numerous occasions and have been told that someone will get back to me. No one ever does. How long do i have to wait to get my money back?</p> <p> </p>

After my post on Monday, i received a call from Coricraft Head office informing me that my refund would be processed the next day. (Tuesday 04/10/2016) I was also promised a proof of payment as soon as it was done.
Im still waiting.
