REFUND

I have had a bad experience with Coricraft Montana. In reference to my previous experience, Ref 329997.

I have received a refund of only R9999 and I was supposed to be refunded R10890.00. Why was the rest of the amount not refunded? Please assist regarding this. Thank you.
