Refund - A month has gone...

So I purchased a product online on Saturday 12 June 2021. On the Monday the 14th I immediately cancelled it. Since then, UP TO TODAY, no refund. I have phoned in almost every third day, hearing “we will get back to you” “have you completed the form”? YES YES YES. I have officially completed the form now 4 times and send it back. Yet no refund. So I am left with no choice but to resort to these measures. Honestly thought a reputable company like Coricraft will handle refunds smooth, but this whole experience leaves an extremely bad taste in my mouth!!!!!
