Refund

I requested a refund same day as a purchase that I made at Coricraft Design Quarter. I did not even take the item with me because the salesperson had erroneously advised me about the PayJustNow facility and how it works. This was in May 2024. It is now July 2024 and I still have not received my refund - I keep getting the run around from every person I speak to. This is extremely frustrating! The customer care people keep sending me from pillar to post, no one seems to know what is going on, they just keep telling me my refund was approved in June. They say refunds can take up to 14 days, I've been waiting for longer than that. Why haven't I received the payment?! Worst experience.
