RCS and Coricraft. Absolutely shocking Experience.

RCS and Coricraft. Absolutely shocking experience. I will never use them again. I went to Coricraft Tokai. Firstly I was never given the measurement forms to correctly measure getting my new lounge suite in my home. This resulted in me having to pay for scotch guard and delivery fee for an item I never received. Their error!! I was given the measurement forms when I had to choose another lounge suit that would fit into my home. No offer to compensate or take away the delivery fee, NOTHING!! Secondly RCS sends me my first Invoice and it says that I am over due. SERIOUSLY ?? Then I decide I want to pay my account in full and they charge me 12/24 months interest on my settlement amount. I call in to their call centre, they give me their complaints email. The complaints email says 24-48 hours to respond. I get a generic response (Ignoring what I was explaining) 5 days later. I reply to that email and still I no response after that. I phone in again the 7th day to get shoved around- no one puts me through to the managers. I was informed that the managers, Dylan, Lyzette or Nuraan would contact me that same day. No contact that day or the next. I have wasted my time, energy, airtime and I will never recommending RCS and Coricraft to anyone. Karin ********** 998, **********
