R10,000 for a couch and no delivery

So about a month ago I walk into cori craft furniture at Canal Walk to buy a couch. I chose my couch and i was told that it has to be made from their warehouse because the one in the store is for display purposes. I told the guy behind the counter cool and i paid the full amount including delivery .<br> <br> Three weeks later i get a call to say couch is ready. I said deliver it Thursday 3/3/2016. Its 2pm no couch.<br> <br> I call the store my couch is still at warehouse and they want to reschedule delivery. I took off from work to get my couch delivered. Now i must pay R395 out of my pocket and my initial refund money i payed earlier will be refuned to me.<br> <br> What great service!!!<br> <br> Spend so much money and once you pay them you get ****py service!
