Quality of Couch

We bought a couch on the 23 of Jul 2017. Within ONE week the cushions were flat and we were sitting on the frame. Due to a busy schedule at work, studies etc. I was unable to post my review immediately. This is the 2nd time I bought furniture at Coricraft that proofs the poor quality. The 1st time I bought a very nice wooden office chair. Well I thought it was nice when I bought it. Needless to say....we threw it away when we moved to Pretoria 2 years ago. I decided to just leave it, but not again. The price of the couch is R7500 and one expect to buy something that will last at least 2 years. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. It seems as if they knew the quality of the couches are poor because they have this premeditated thing while you pay they have this long recitation about the frame the cushions etc. Explaining where I have to take it afterwards to get it fixed. I am starting work at 6 in the mornings..finish at 4h30. Sit in traffic untill 6. Now it is my problem to get this at a factory. Therefore my opinion is that service afterwards is also very poor and it is now the customers problem. Do they expect people to take leave to sort out and fix THEIR poor quality products. Extra travelling costs are also now for the client. I will never buy at Coricraft again.
