Quality Control and Service Severely Lacking...

I bought a Sven Modular couch from your Brooklyn branch in Pretoria.

The whole process ran smoothly from order right through to delivery. When I unwrapped the coach sections however, I found that the one section had a leg missing... Shocking seeing as this is how the couch passed quality control.

I've reported the fault at two of your branches - Kollonade and Brooklyn. This was done over a week ago, and up to date, I've had NO correspondence from Coricraft after being told that the relevant parties will get in touch with me within 48hours.

This is unacceptable and needs to be sorted asap.
