Prompt response to defective couch
We purchased a new couch from Coricraft and a week after delivery, a defect was identified. Within days of contact with the call centre, a loan couch was received and the defective one collected for repairs. Unfortunately, the newly repaired couch was again damaged during delivery and Lizelle responded promptly to have it replaced with a new couch. Thank you...
