PROMISED REFUND HASN'T HAPPENED

On 19 January 2016 I bought two chairs and a table from Coricraft in George on sale. A quotation was made out and I did an EFT. Unfortunately I only checked the quotation after I had paid for the goods, and found that I was charged full price, as opposed to the sale price. I phoned Coricraft and was sent a refund form to complete. I was told this would take 10 days. A few days later I enquired as to when to expect delivery, which was met with surprise that I hadn't received the goods yet. The goods were finally delivered the following week. I enquired regarding the fabric protection that was supposed to have been done on the chairs. I was later advised that it hadn't been done and this would be done at my house the following day. Had I not enquired, I would have paid for something I hadn't received. On 2 February, I phoned to follow up regarding the refund. I was told somebody would phone me back. This never happened. On 3 February I e-mailed the store manager, who apologised and advised my refund would be sorted out ASAP. I e-mailed him again on 5 Feb, with no response. I am however still awaiting my refund and appalled at the lack of service from the George branch
