Product not up to standard

I bought Couches from Coricraft on 20 July 2021. This is my secind Lounge Set and was hardly use. The cushions on the set is flat, making folds in material. This was reported to them on 20 March(with photo's). No feedback to replace cushions. I am very upset. This is not how you treat your customers
