poor workmanship, poor quality and terrible servic

I bought couches from the Cradlestone branch last year in April. I received my goods and was over the moon. after having the goods for not even a month the stitching was pulling loose and tread was coming out all over. The items were replaced with a new set. I noticed in January that the material has completely pulled loose between the seating area and the backrest. The couches are purely manufactured according to what has happened. The couches has no puffiness nor does the pillows. I have reported this to Coricraft who sent out an assessor on the 6th February who informed us that it is normal for the fabric to pull lose in the manner it has. He also said we should expect feedback by Monday 6 February. I did not receive any feedback, I called from Tuesday speaking to various people, without getting feedback. All the time I had to call. No one is prepared to take responsibility. I spoke to Bianca from the warehouse who after I discussed matter with her said if couches were exchanged twice, it could be considered that the couches be exchanged. However when I called back this morning she informed me that it would be repaired. All the while I have not been treated fairly,
