Poor unprofessional after sales service

Delivered 2 leather couches. One couch damaged with a carpet knife cut. Assured us that they do not want to inconvenience us as customers and will leave the couch with us untill they can replace or repair it. Forwarded necessary emails and fotos. Waited 3 weeks with no response. After enquiring and promised the manager will get back to me, days past. Finally I phoned the manager myself. Excuses such it is natural markings, the deliveries peoples fault etc I was promised that a new couch will be delivered on 22 Oct. No show. I had to phone again... and received new excuses. This after sales service is absolutely appalling and totally unprofessional. Paid R15 000 for a new couch not a damaged one.
