Poor Services and Pathetic Quality Products

My husband and I bought 6 chairs ( I think called Parsons Dining Chairs), 5 out of the 6 chairs had been damaged, some had paints marks on, others glue, one chair the cushioning was soft, another had a crack, and some were chipped. We then attended the store in Sandton City in hope to receive better quality chairs. Unfortunately, and yet again to our disappointed, the chairs in store were damaged, which the stuff attested too. We were then advised that new chairs will be ordered from the factory, but unfortunately \the quality thereof cannot be guaranteed
