Poor service & rude attitude

I placed a big order for furniture (+R70K) on the 28th October expecting to receive the order mid Dec. It is now end of January and my order is finally ready for collection. I arranged to have my courier collect the order but he has been given the run around by the rude sales person, and its taking over a week to arrange collection due to their complicated system. They do not respond to my emails, they are rude over the phone and and they have not even provided me with details on the order for shipping purposes. I buy a lot of furniture from Weylandts and SHF and they give you efficient and personal service, making sure you get your order as quick and smoothly as possible. I will not buy from Coricraft again.
